A dream that goes against the current, with its heart in the South
Who we are: our story is a simple one.
A story of hardworking hands
and dreaming hearts.
Twenty years ago, in Salento, we chose the land. Since then, in our sea-view garden, we’ve grown as we learned from our grandfather Fiumano. In a world that only looks to the present, we rediscover traditions. In the age of industry, we work our products by hand. While everything moves quickly, we respect nature’s rhythms.
We dream against the current because we are .
Our history
OUR ROOTS
Once upon a time there was our grandfather Fiumano’s small farm. Among the fields where he cultivated capers, we found our path: it led straight to the heart of the land, in Salento.
Our parents had imagined a different future for us, but we dreamed against the current. And that dream changed everything.
Who we are? We are Edoardo, Emanuele and Gianna — we are the farmers.
OUR BEGINNING
More than 20 years ago, we founded our own farm, rediscovering the ancient art of sun-drying tomatoes. That ritual that brought families together in the South lives on in an endless expanse of red frames that capture the gaze of those who visit our facility in the summer.
THE NEW SEA-VIEW GARDEN
Not just tomatoes: over time, we began growing numerous vegetables. So in 2008, we purchased a small plot of land between Felline and Torre San Giovanni, in the province of Lecce. It was uncultivated and abandoned, but it overlooks the sea: it will be the heart of our business, where our strictly handmade preserves are made.
TRANSPARENT FIRST
We work under the sun, hiding nothing. And since 2016, we’ve made this transparency our signature: we create our signature packaging, with recyclable cardboard boxes and clear caps alongside our glass jars. A way to allow those who choose us to look inside our products and into our world.
GREEN ENERGY
It is a year of growth and innovation. We build new production facilities and warehouses and optimize our workflow—key steps that allow us to process all our products fresh, within just a few hours of harvest.
In the same year, we invest in photovoltaic energy, making our supply chain even more environmentally sustainable.
GRAIN LINE LAUNCH
We celebrate 20 years of activity. A pact with the land that renews itself through respect for nature: yesterday as today, we carry this commitment forward by choosing crop rotation and integrated agriculture, water conservation, and the rediscovery of native varieties.
On the occasion of our twentieth anniversary, we are also launching a new line of pasta and baked products made with ancient Senatore Cappelli wheat, stone-milled and grown in Italy: a guarantee of artisanal quality, with the authentic flavors of the past.
Our short supply chain

We grow
We grow all our vegetables on our own farm and prioritize direct contact with our customers, for whom our doors are always open.

We Harvest
All stages are carried out by local workers and performed entirely by hand: from transplanting the vegetables to harvesting, from processing to packaging, using traditional techniques and tools.

We Preserve
We use ingredients such as salt, vinegar, and lemon — tasty, natural antioxidants that do not alter the properties of the food and ensure products of the highest authenticity and quality.

Sustainability
We Cultivate the Future, Every Day
For us, sustainability is not an occasional choice, but a daily commitment. It begins with the land we cultivate, passes through the hands that transform the vegetables, and reaches the people who choose our products. Every preserve we make tells the story of a slow, mindful, and respectful way of working, where quality and responsibility move forward together.
We produce only seasonal vegetables, harvested fresh and processed entirely by hand, because we believe that respecting natural rhythms is the first step in caring for both the environment and people.
