Albus – Negroamaro White Wine

Albus is a Negroamaro Bianco from Puglia that offers a fresh interpretation of one of Salento’s most iconic grape varieties. Made from carefully selected Negroamaro grapes vinified as a white wine and fermented at a controlled temperature (11–12°C), it preserves the grape’s aromatic freshness and elegance.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose reveals a refined floral bouquet enriched by delicate fruity notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh and mineral, with a pleasant savoury finish that invites another sip.

Thanks to its balanced character, Albus Negroamaro Bianco is the perfect companion for elegant aperitifs and seafood dishes. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, seafood, carpaccio, tartare and roasted fish, while also enhancing the flavours of traditional Apulian cuisine.
