This artisan tomato pasta sauce with sun-dried tomatoes is born from a precise choice: to use only real tomatoes, fresh, ripe and seasonal, grown exclusively in our own fields. Authentic tomatoes, recognizable by their color, aroma and flavor, harvested only when they have reached full natural ripeness.

After harvesting, part of the tomatoes are sun-dried in open fields directly on our farm, following the natural rhythm of sun and air, without shortcuts. Natural drying concentrates aromas and flavor, transforming fresh tomatoes into true sun-dried tomatoes, whole and intensely flavorful.

Once the drying process is complete, we create the sauce starting from a base of fresh tomatoes, to which we add our own sun-dried tomatoes. It is this meeting of fresh and dried that gives the sauce its unique character: a full, deep and concentrated taste that preserves the freshness of just-picked tomatoes and the intensity of those dried under the sun.

The result is a sauce with a rich texture and a bold, deeply tomato flavor, far from industrial standards and shortcuts. Perfect enjoyed simply over pasta, where little is needed to appreciate its intensity, it is also ideal for enriching sauces and condiments, adding structure, depth and authenticity to every preparation.
