Artisanal apulian black olives paté – Intense, natural, irresistible

This black olives paté contains nearly 90% Apulian olives, carefully selected from two outstanding cultivars: Leccina and Cellina. The olives are hand-harvested between October and November, at the ideal stage of natural ripeness, to ensure an authentic and rich flavour.

After harvesting, the olives are left in brine for about 6 months. This slow and natural process gently removes bitterness without forcing it, respecting traditional artisanal methods. Only after this long resting period is the pulp finely processed and jarred with oil, without the addition of vinegar or artificial preservatives.

The result is an olive pâté with an intense and harmonious taste, perfect for enhancing crostini, warm bruschetta, gourmet appetisers and aperitifs. A simple yet irresistible speciality, so delicious that resisting the temptation to enjoy it by the spoonful becomes truly difficult.
