Our rustic traditional tomato passata comes from an authentic rural tradition, that of grandmothers who, in summer, preserved the flavour of tomatoes for the whole year. In Salento, we still follow this ancient knowledge, harvesting our 100% Italian tomatoes by hand between July and August, at their optimal natural ripeness.

We use only top-quality tomatoes, grown in our own fields and processed fresh within a few hours of harvest, without forcing methods and without invasive industrial processes. Ours is a short artisan supply chain, designed to respect the raw ingredient and preserve its authentic flavour.

This passata is naturally thick and rich, with no added thickeners, preservatives or colourings: its velvety texture comes solely from the quality and natural concentration of the tomatoes.

With its full and genuine flavour, it is ideal for pasta dishes, homemade sauces, pizzas and traditional Mediterranean recipes.
With no added salt, it is also suitable for children’s diets.
