Our little artichoke hearts in oil, served raw-style, are a gesture of love for the land and for things made the old-fashioned way.

They grow in the sun-drenched countryside of Salento, where time flows slowly and nature still sets the rules. We wait patiently for them, harvesting from April, only when they are perfect. Then we care for them as we do for what truly matters: within 8 hours they are selected, defoliated, and hand-cut, one by one, following the ancient gestures passed down by our grandmothers.

In the jar, there are no shortcuts: no preservatives, no artificial flavors. Only artichokes, absolute protagonists, preserved in their most authentic simplicity.

Taste them straight from the jar, or let them tell a rustic story in a plate of pasta or on a freshly baked pizza. Every bite is a return home; every taste smells of the South.
