Discover the true taste of tradition with our handcrafted Durum wheat semolina Senatore Cappelli spaghettoni pasta, made exclusively with 100% Italian Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina and water. No compromises, no unnecessary ingredients: just an authentic recipe rooted in the wisdom of our grandparents.

We carefully select the finest wheat and stone-mill it at low temperatures to preserve its natural properties. The handcrafted process allows the wheat germ to be retained, making these spaghetti naturally richer in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants compared to many commercially available pastas.

Their amber color, intense wheat aroma, and rough surface — achieved through bronze die extrusion and slow drying on frames — make them perfect for holding sauces and enhancing even the simplest recipes.
