With our strawberry extra jam, we all become a little bit children again. The secret lies entirely in the ripe and juicy pulp of Italian strawberries. They are harvested in full respect of seasonality and carefully processed to preserve their most authentic flavor.

Our recipe is simple and genuine: 80% strawberries, very little sugar, and nothing more than what is truly needed. No preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavors — only the purity of fresh fruit, enhanced with a touch of lemon zest and the pectin naturally contained in strawberries. Because when the raw ingredient is excellent, there is no need to add anything else.

Sweet yet light, it is the ideal choice for those who love real flavors: perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack, spread on fresh bread or toast, delicious as a filling for croissants, cakes, and homemade tarts.
