Prepared according to the traditional Apulian recipe handed down by our grandmothers, they are the result of slow and careful artisanal processing. We use exclusively ancient Senatore Cappelli wheat semolina, grown in our fields in Puglia and stone-milled to preserve its aromas, flavors, and natural properties. This process gives the tarallini their crumbly texture, rustic character, and unmistakable authenticity.
