Made with ancient Senatore Cappelli wheat, stone-ground to preserve its character, they release an authentic flavor thanks to a less refined semolina that enhances every ingredient. The stars are Leccina and Cellina black olives, iconic cultivars of the Apulian tradition, enriched with a delicate Mediterranean touch of capers.
