There is a flavor that tells the story of the truest Puglia: that of our handmade classic friselline, born from simplicity and transformed into something special. Crunchy, light, and incredibly versatile, they are perfect with fresh tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. For a wholesome break, or as a refined base for appetizers, pâtés, and spreads.

We prepare them following the ancient Apulian recipe passed down through generations, with the traditional double baking in the oven that gives the friselline their delicate and irresistible crispness. What makes them unique is the artisanal care devoted to every stage of production and the selection of outstanding raw ingredients: we use only semolina from ancient Senatore Cappelli wheat, grown in our fields in Puglia and stone-milled at low temperature to preserve its aroma and nutritional values.

More delicate than traditional friselle, our friselline do not need to be soaked and are ready to enjoy at any time. Their authentic flavor and light texture win over even the youngest, making them perfect for the whole family.
