There is a flavour that captures the true essence of Puglia: that of our classic friselline, born from simplicity and transformed into something special. Crunchy, light and incredibly versatile, they are perfect with fresh tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil for a wholesome snack, or as an elegant base for aperitifs, pâtés and spreads.

We prepare them following an ancient Apulian recipe passed down through generations, using the traditional double-baking process, which gives our friselline their delicate, irresistible crunch. What makes them unique is the care taken at every stage of preparation and the selection of premium-quality ingredients: we use ancient Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina, grown in our fields in Puglia and stone-milled at low temperatures to preserve its aroma and nutritional properties.

More delicate than traditional friselle, our friselline do not need to be soaked in water and are ready to enjoy at any time. Their authentic flavour and light texture appeal even to little ones, making them perfect for the whole family.
