What is the difference between the Standard and Premium Experience?
The Standard Experience is a free tour that you take on your own without being accompanied by a guide. You can walk through our farmland, the caper fields, the olive groves, vegetable gardens and drying frames, with a free tasting of our specialities.
The Premium Experience is a guided food and wine tour where not only will you stroll through our land, you will also take part in some of our typical farming activities: from picking capers to cutting and salting tomatoes.
Accompanied by a guide, you will experience the aromas, emotions and flavours of the Salento region. At the end of the tour, you will have the possibility to enjoy a tasting session in our relaxation area, which also has a children’s play area.
If you are looking for an experience that you won’t forget, for adults and children alike, the Premium Experience is the one for you.
How much is the Premium Experience?
The Premium Experience costs €15 per person. The Standard Experience is free.
What does the Premium Experience tasting include?
The tasting is a moment to savour on this Experience!
You can sample our vegetables, prepared at the moment of harvest, our local cheeses, and frise bread with fresh tomatoes and EVO, accompanied by Salento wine.
It is a journey into authentic local flavours, prepared with care and passion to make you feel right at home.
Can I purchase the products I try during the tour?
Of course. Our products are available here in our shop, so you can take the flavours of our land home with you when you leave. When you take the guided tour you will have a special 5% discount, so you can take a piece of Salento home with you, to taste later or to give as a gift to someone you love.
Is the Experience suitable for children?
Of course. The Experience is aimed at families and it is also a fun educational opportunity for even the youngest children.
Children can enjoy being out in the open, learning to identify the products of the land and enjoying our play area.

Do I need special clothing?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that are suitable for a country walk.
