Ingredients (for 2–3 people)
- 4–6 slices of rustic bread
- 2 fresh burratine
- Turnip tops in oil, to taste
- 4–6 anchovies in oil
- 6–8 chili pepper slices
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Preparation
1. Slice the rustic bread into medium-thick pieces and toast them as desired on a grill plate, in a pan or in the oven until they reach your preferred level of crunch.
2. Place the burratine on the still-warm slices of bread, opening them slightly to let the creamy center spill out.
3. Add the turnip tops in oil, well drained, distributing them evenly.
